Program Requirements

The following are the requirements for participation in Springville City Residential Customer Generator Program (the “Program”). Springville City reserves the right to discontinue or suspend the Program or to modify the Program Requirements (including, without limitation, any equipment qualifications) at any time. Furthermore, Springville City makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information on its website in that such information may not be the most recent information available. Please contact Springville City Power directly to get the most up to date information concerning Springville’s Customer Generator Program.

General Requirements

a. Program participation is available for Customer-owned Generating Facilities.
b. The Generating Facility must be installed in Springville City’s electric service territory.
c. Customer must meet all Springville City interconnection requirements (as set forth in the Springville City Rules and Requirements) before interconnecting the Generating Facility.
d. If there is any material change to any information provided in the Residential Customer Generator Application or other materials submitted by Customer, Customer must submit a Residential Customer Generator Application Addendum.
e. The customer named on the Customer Generator Application must be the Springville City Customer of Record or Account Holder of an active Springville City account at the proposed site of the customer generating facility.

Program Rates and Fees

Program participants must take service under Springville City’s Comprehensive Fee Schedule, ordinances, policies (cee section C-2), resolutions, rules and regulations, as those documents may be modified, amended, supplemented, or superseded from time to time. All Springville City price plans and rates , available on Springville City’s website, are subject to change in accordance with Springville City’s need to adjust to Industry Rules and Practices, Federal or State Regulations, and Changes in Technology. Current Springville City Energy Portfolio structure or volatile Market Conditions may also contribute to changes in the Comprehensive Fee Schedule.
