Campsite and Pavilion Reservations

PLEASE READ INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH RESERVATION!

Welcome to our new campsite and pavilion reservation system! If you have made an online reservation with us before, you will notice that this new program is much different than the previous one. Each campsite and pavilion has its own calendar and you will see what has already been reserved before you proceed to make your reservation. All reservations must be made at least one week in advance. The reservation program will not allow you to reserve anything within the coming week.

Reservation process may be confusing with this new program, so please read instructions below for each category!!! You may want to print these instructions to follow the first couple times you make a reservation.

First step is to choose the category you want to reserve from: Canyon Park Pavilions for group camping, family reunions, etc, City Park Pavilions, Wayne Bartholomew Park Pavilions (reservoir), or Jolley’s Ranch Campground (57 campsites with hookups).

Jolley’s Ranch Campground: (Reservations must be made online at least one week prior to desired camping date. If you wish to camp within the coming week, available campsites are first-come-first-served.) Find campsite you want to reserve and click on VIEW AVAILABILITY. On the calendar, click on the start date and hover mouse over next dates until you click on the last night you want to camp. (Limit to 7 nights) If you just want to camp one night, click on that date twice. Do not click on the date you will be leaving the campground. ADD TO CART and then VIEW CART to finish your reservation. Notice for Springville residents: When you are in the CART, click on [Springville resident discount] to receive your 40% discount.  Please notice in your email confirmation that the checkout date is really the last night you will be camping. Actual checkout is the next day.

Canyon Park Pavilions: (Reservations must be made online at least one week prior to date you want to use the pavilion. To use pavilion within the coming week call (801) 489-2770 for reservation. Same day reservations will not be taken.) Find pavilion you want to reserve and click on VIEW AVAILABILITY. On the calendar, click on the date you want to reserve. Scroll down to the bottom of the calendar and click twice on 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM. To add overnight camping, under EXTRAS – Overnight checkout – 10:00 am, select Weekday Overnight (Mon-Thurs) or Weekend Overnight (Fri-Sun) and ADD TO CART. For additional day/nights, repeat this process from the calendar and ADD TO CART for each addition night (limit of three consecutive nights).  Click on VIEW CART to finish your reservation.  Please note that overnight checkout of 10:00 a.m. does not appear on email confirmation order. If you selected an overnight extra, your checkout time is 10 a.m.

City Park Pavilions: (Reservations must be made online at least one week prior to date you want to use the pavilion. To use pavilion within the coming week call (801) 489-2770 for reservation. Same day reservations will not be taken.)  Find pavilion you want to reserve and click on VIEW AVAILABILITY. On the calendar, click on the date you want to reserve. Scroll down to the bottom of the calendar and click twice on the time frame you want to reserve. For more than one time frame, click once on the first time and then click on the last time frame you want.  ADD TO CART and then VIEW CART to finish your reservation.

Wayne Bartholomew Park Pavilions: (Reservations must be made online at least one week prior to date you want to use the pavilion. To use pavilion within the coming week call (801) 489-2770 for reservation. Same day reservations will not be taken.) Find pavilion you want to reserve and click on VIEW AVAILABILITY. On the calendar, click on the date you want to reserve. Scroll down to the bottom of the calendar and click twice on the time frame you want to reserve.  ADD TO CART. For more than one time frame, repeat the process for each time frame and add to the cart each time. Click on VIEW CART to finish your reservation. (The third time frame is actually until 8:30 p.m.)

Springville resident discount is only available for Jolley’s Ranch Campground. Pavilions cost the same for everyone.
