Termination of Utilities

Monthly charges will cease to be charged when the renter or owner submits the form below or contacts Utility Services at (801) 489-2706 and requests termination of the account. A final billing will be sent, based upon readings taken, when the termination was requested.

Requests for termination submitted after 10 a.m. will be disconnected the following business day.
