Springville Police Department has a ride-along program which allows citizens to spend a few hours riding with an officer on duty.

There are a number of restrictions, for example a person must be at least 18 years of age and must pass a local ‘background’ check.

After printing the form you may fill out the required information and turn it into the Police Department. Be sure to initial each section indicating your understanding of, and willingness to abide by, the conditions as set forth in the ride-along agreement.
