Residential Alarm Registration

Thank you for registering your home alarm with Springville’s Department of Public Safety! Doing so will ensure that we are able to react effectively should the alarm ever go off.

The registration form is fairly simple. You will need basic information… your name, address, phone number etc.

We also need the name and phone number of a second contact person to assist us should you be unavailable when the alarm sounds. This person should be someone you trust (a family member, good friend or neighbor) who has the ability to turn off the alarm in the case of a ‘false alarm’ when you are not available.

Entry of a name and phone number for a third person is optional (but recommended) for all residential alarms.

These ‘contact persons’ are vital, particularly when the alarms are for medical alerts and fire alarms.
