Despicable Me 2 is the final feature showing for this summer’s Movies In The Park series. Location is Spring Acres Arts Park – 700 South 1300 East. Free Admission. Gates open at 7:00 pm with the movie starting at dusk (around 9 pm). General admission seating, bring your own blankets or folding chairs. Concessions available. Anyone causing a distraction or disturbance will be required to leave. Art City Days 2014 will be held June 7 – 14. See why Art City Days has been voted #1 in the Best of Utah Valley for four years in a row . Some events require pre-registration, here are a few examples: Applications for Vendor Booths and Craft Boutique are due no later than May 1st. Do you or someone you know want to share your talent at the 10th annual Art City Days Talent Festival? Groups, individuals, families and people of all ages are encouraged to audition. Auditions will be held on May 3rd – so fill out the Audition Form and schedule an audition time!
Register for Boys Baseball – Girls Softball – and Kickball. Sign up by Friday, March 7th to avoid the $10 late fee that will be added after the deadline. Springville Recreation has opened Spring Volleyball for BOYS as well as girls in 5th through 8th grades. Register individually or as a team with friends / buddies (maximum of 8 players per team). Spring Volleyball includes fundamental instruction clinics and league play. League play runs from March 3rd – April 10th and will not overlap with the baseball / softball season. Registration deadline is Friday, February 14th. A $10 late fee will be added after the deadline. *LEAGUE IS NOT CO-ED*. Girls will play first, followed by boys.
