NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSES, A TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN, AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE TRANSORTATION COMPONENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
Springville City, Utah

NOTICE is hereby given that Springville City intends to adopt an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP), an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA), a Transportation Master Plan (TMP) and an amendment to the transportation component of the General Plan and to enact a transportation impact fee and will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, in the Springville City Hall located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the proposed IFFP, IFA, TMP, General Plan Amendment and Transportation Impact Fee.
All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome. Copies of the IFFP, IFA, and the Impact Fee Enactment are available for public review beginning Friday, October 07, 2016, on the City’s website (springville.lushhair.net) and in the public library located at 45 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing.
