Jolene graduated from BYU with a BS in Exercise Science. She has practiced yoga for 12 years and has been teaching for the last 6 years. She is very excited to be sharing her love of yoga with everyone in Springville. Experienced yogis and anyone new to yoga are encouraged to attend.

Just a reminder that our weekday children’s programs continue as usual this week and next (scroll to the end of this list to check times/dates), but we won’t have them the week of Nebo School District’s Spring Break, which is April 6th – 10th.

We have two fun classes starting this week……Both on Thursday!  At 4pm we’ll have our first LEGO Club meeting.  We’ve been gathering donations (Thank you so much to all who have donated!!) but please plan on bringing your own bricks to our first meeting. We ‘ll have sections blocked out on the tables so you won’t have to worry about losing your own stuff!   Also on Thursday, we’ll have our first evening Zumba class. Join Ayda at 7:30pm for this first class that will run for three months until summer reading programs get going!

We hope that everyone enjoyed the long weekend.  This week at the library includes a “Celebrating Springville Authors”  Night on Wednesday at 7pm.  Make sure and come for it.  We have three local authors – Vern Swanson, Rachael Anderson, and Joyce Whiting – who will speak and share some of their thoughts on writing.  Come with your questions and get ready to sample some of Joyce’s recipes from her new cookbook!

Join licensed yoga instructor Jolene Hale for this 45 minute class on our second floor.
Jolene graduated from BYU with a BS in Exercise Science. She has practiced yoga for 12 years and has been teaching for the last 6 years. She is very excited to be sharing her love of yoga with everyone in Springville. Experienced yogis and anyone new to yoga are encouraged to attend.

Holly Lambert is a native of Springville and has lived here most of her life.  She now lives in Mapleton with her husband and 3 children.   Holly recently certified in Ashtanga Yoga and looks forward to sharing the benefits that Yoga can bring to all ages.

Appropriate for both both boys and girls and all skill levels, this story time promises not to be forgotten!
