She has practiced yoga for 12 years and has been teaching for the last 6 years. She is very excited to be sharing her love of yoga with everyone in Springville. Stories in Motion is a story time program like no other! Come experience the magic as the children’s literature we explore comes to life through creative movement. As we dive into and dance through both old and new story favorites, children will have the opportunity to make meaningful personal connections, participate in creative and divergent thinking, and develop kinesthetic awareness and expression. Appropriate for both boys and girls and all skill levels, this story time promises not to be forgotten!

Come listen to Dr. Greg Hudnall, executive director of Hope4Utah, and Wendy Parmley, author of Hope After Suicide. There will be activities for kids, information available from mental health resources, a gratitude table, and more.
