Payment for Youth Court Shirt

The cost for a Youth Court shirt is $15.

You may pay for a shirt, in person, at the Springville City Civic Center cashier window or by making an online payment (see instructions below).
 
To make a payment online, please do the following:

1. Click on the “Make Payment” link below
2. On the payment page, under the drop down menu,  select “Youth Court Shirt ($15)”
3. Enter the quantity
4. Click on the “Add for Payment” button
5. Fill out the information on the payment Xpress Checkout site
