I have been a life time resident of Springville with four of my six children still living here, along with fourteen of my grandchildren. I represent a wide age group and interests in Springville. That is why I will work hard for what I feel will be the best for all.
 
I have a Bachelor of Science degree from BYU in construction management. I am President of Child Enterprises Inc. (a construction company that has been in business since 1973.) We have built many buildings in Utah and surrounding states. We were voted the Best of State in 2010.
 
I have been on the City Council for the last four years and I feel that I still can contribute to the City. I have really enjoyed this experience. I have been a board member on the Utah Masonry Council. I am a Vietnam Veteran and attained the rank of Sergeant in ten months.
